Requirements for submission:
1. The general
It has not been published in other public publications at home and abroad, does not involve state secrets, the signature is not controversial, does not infringe any copyright or damage the rights of third parties. The manuscript should be scientific, advanced, innovative and readable, and strive to highlight the key points, clear arguments, detailed information, reliable data, rigorous structure, standard writing, accurate expression, and concise text. Generally no less than 5000 words. If the project is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China or the Provincial and Ministry of China, please indicate the source and number of the fund in the manuscript. The article or major research results supported by the fund project of our journal can be reviewed and published first.
2. The title
Appropriate, accurate, concise and clear to reflect all the important information of the paper, as far as possible to express the core content of the subject words at the beginning of the title, to ensure the sensitivity and specificity of the search. Use abbreviations, special symbols and cases of diseases with caution. Avoid losing important information (such as randomized trials) too short, generally no more than 20 Chinese characters. There are no subheadings in this publication. The English title is consistent with the Chinese title.
3. Author and organization
A brief introduction of the first author (name (date of birth), gender, place of origin, professional title, educational background, position, research direction, contact information, etc.) should be attached to each article. A brief introduction of the corresponding author, if any, should also be provided. All the authors should provide their names and units (including departments and postcodes). The authors' names should be listed in the order of their contributions under the title, usually no more than 8. The remaining staff can be thanked at the end of the article. The author's signature and order shall not be changed at will after submission. This magazine does not list co-authors.
4. In this paper,
It is a short statement of the content of the paper without annotations or comments, without formulas, chemical formulas, diagrams, special symbols, etc. Strive for simple expression, not vague, terminology specification, generally within 400 characters. The innovation and importance of this study should be appropriately emphasized without using evaluative language. Indicative abstract is to use concise words, accurate and objective to the author of the content of the article to make a general statement, with a high degree of concentration and independence.
5. The key word
Are words or phrases that reflect the concept of the topic of the paper. In order to facilitate retrieval, key phrases in the manuscript should be selected, and broad words (e.g., organic compounds, ecological sciences, etc.) should be avoided. The number should be moderate, 3-8.
6. The body of
6.1 Preface: Explain the historical background, significance and purpose of this research, put forward the problems to be solved in this research, and focus on the innovation of this research. Avoid stereotypes, empty talk, do not need to elaborate on the historical process, do not involve the data and conclusions of this study. Avoid similarities with summaries.
6.2 Study subjects: The selection of study or observation subjects should be clarified, including the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the source of trial subjects, and the basic data including age, course of disease, weight, gender, disease classification or classification of patients, etc. Age and sex should be specified when they relate to the purpose of the study. The name, germ line, rank, number, origin, sex, age, weight, feeding condition and health status of the animal should be indicated in the experimental study. Comparability should be determined in clinical studies (≥20 samples per group); Whether all procedures were reviewed by the hospital ethics committee, whether patients/family members gave informed consent, and the basic information of the investigation can be presented in the results.
6.3 Technical methods: The research methods should be introduced. The treatment methods should be specific, and attention should be paid to the frequency, dosage, route of administration and course of treatment. Methods and instruments created by individuals (model number, production unit, etc., in parentheses; no need to describe the principle) should be provided with detailed steps so that others can repeat the experiment and get similar results. The generic name, batch number and production unit of the drug and chemical reagents used shall be accurately stated.
6.4 Statistics: Describe statistical methods in detail, describe results quantitatively as far as possible, and annotate statistical terms, abbreviations and symbols. Describe the statistical software used. All statistical symbols are in italics, and case - sensitive. The number of samples in this publication is all lowercase "N" (English small oblique). Pay attention to the correct expression of statistics, e.g., the results are statistically different.
6.5 Results: The results are generally described in a logical order from major (important) to minor (unimportant), with clear hierarchy and prominent emphasis. The raw data of the findings should be presented objectively and accurately, and the text should highlight and outline only the important observations. If the text expression is lengthy and tedious, it is recommended that the text and chart content should not be repeated. Avoid too many charts and choose ones that illustrate and support your conclusions. Too much tabular data can be displayed in a graph. Pay attention to the correct presentation of statistics.
6.6 Discussion: Focus on the innovation and important findings of the study, as well as the resulting conclusions. Avoid detailed description of the introduction and the resulting data. For the experimental study, we should briefly summarize the main findings of the study, discuss the possible mechanism and explanation, compare with other related studies, analyze the limitations of this study, and get the enlightenment and clinical significance of the next research. The reasoning should be rigorous and logical, so as to avoid making false assertions, expanding the application value and drawing unsupported conclusions due to insufficient research data. Avoid discussion sections that involve new facts not previously mentioned. Avoid using evaluation statements such as "first discovery" or "reaching the international advanced level". New hypotheses may be proposed if there are good reasons, but they should be realistic.
6.7 Title Level: Use the international numeral classification and serial numbering notation. Numbers at different levels are separated by "("). Apart, the last digit does not add a number, generally unfavorable more than 4 layers.
6.8 Units of measurement: refer to the "Legal Units of Measurement of the People's Republic of China" promulgated by The State Council in 1984, expressed as units, adopt the international system of units and comply with the relevant national standards for quantities and units (GB 3100-93, GB 3102-93). When expressed as a percentage, keep two decimal places after the decimal point; The measurement unit of Chinese medicine is 3 g for 1 yuan and 30 g for 1 liang (no conversion is needed for those quoted).
6.9 Figure and table: The chart should be few but precise, and its content should not be repeated with the text content. The table uses three-line table, the design specification, the same parameter data is consistent; The pixel of the photo should not be less than 300 DIP, and the brightness and contrast should be unified in the same manuscript. If people are involved, get their consent and cover identifiable parts; Staining method and magnification should be indicated in pathological images. All the charts and tables shall contain a sequence (table), a title (table) and a note (table).
6.10 References: Use sequential coding system with complete information (author, title, source, year, volume, issue, page number, etc.). The author personally read the published literature in the last five years. References should be annotated in the main text and in the same order as those following the text. The number of references in one place is not more than 4. References to literature accepted by journals but not yet published should be marked "in print" or "soon to be published"; Authors shall obtain written consent to cite such articles and evidence that the articles have been accepted for publication. The number of citations should not be less than 20; The number of citations in the review should not be less than 30. The three-times literature cannot reflect the original work and should not be cited as much as possible. Use books and conference documents with caution.
