高校思政理论教学与日常思政工作协同路径研究

Research on Ways to Coordinate Ideological and Political Theory Teaching with Routine Ideological and Political Work in Universities

摘要：党的十八届五中全会把“提高教育质量”作为教育改革发展的核心和关键，这为新形势下大学生思想政治教育工作指明了道路。高校思想政治理论教学与日常思想政治工作目标一致，功能互补，但由于诸多原因，两者在师资队伍、育人过程、成效评估等方面处于各自为政、互不干涉的状态。高等教育应将两者从教育目标、教师队伍、教育内容、育人形式、考评机制等方面有效结合，形成协同高效的联动机制，提高大学生思想政治教育的科学性和实效性。

Abstract：The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China takes"the improvement of edu-cation quality"as the core and the key to the reform and devel-opment of education, having pointed the way for ideological and political education of university students under the new situation. In a university, ideological and political theory teaching is con-sistent with routine ideological and political work in objective and they are functionally complemented to each other, but due to var-ious reasons, they are disjointed and mutually independent teaching staff, education process and effectiveness evaluation. However, they should be effectively connected in education ob-jective, teacher team, education content, education form and e-valuation mechanism, so as to form a coordinated and efficient linkage mechanism, and improve the scientificalness and effec-tiveness of ideological and political education of university stu-dents.
