锁定钢板和PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效对比

摘要：目的：探析锁定钢板和PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：选取我院收治的64例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究资料，将其分为两组，每组32例。对照组给予锁定钢板治疗，观察组给予PFNA治疗，对比分析临床效果。结果：观察组的治疗优良率为96.88%，优于对照组的78.13%（P＜0.05）；观察组的手术时间、术中出血量均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果优于锁定钢板，且手术时间短，术中出血量少，具有临床应用和推广价值。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of locking plate and PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 64 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with locking plate, the observation group was treated with PFNA, the clinical effect was analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of observation group was 78.13%, better than that of the control group (P< 0.05); the operation time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is superior to the locking plate, and the operation time is short, the amount of bleeding is less, and has clinical application and promotion value.
